Welcome to SkoolBazar website (the “Site”).  You must read and agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) prior to using any portion of this Site. These Terms are an agreement between you and the SkoolBazar website. If you do not understand or do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please immediately exit this Site. 

SkoolBazar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and will publish notice of any such modifications online on this page for a reasonable period of time following such modifications, and by changing the effective date of these Terms. Description of SkoolBazar 

Is a market for school item related, used or new, as soon as you register you become a vendor to sell your products. 

Account Required for Use of SkoolBazar Website 

In order to log in to SkoolBazar you need to register a new account.  

Information about you 

We take your privacy very seriously. In order to provide access to this site, we need to collect and store personal information about you. 

We collect the data that you provide when creating an account, such as name and email. We also collect data about your activity on the site, including any contributions that you make. 

This information is only used to provide access to the online courses on this site. 

Your personal data is stored as long as your account is active on this site. 

Beyond the name of your email account, you do not have to tell us anything about yourself to view or use the site . From time to time, we will give you the option of telling us some things about yourself, but you do not have provide this information if you don’t want to. Please understand that by submitting any Personally Identifiable Information to us, you consent and agree that we may collect, use and disclose such Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with these Terms, and as permitted or required by law. If you do not agree with these Terms, then please do not provide any Personally Identifiable Information to us. 

We track information indicating, among other things, which pages of our Site were visited, the order in which they were visited, when they were visited, and which hyperlinks and other user interface controls were used.

  • Content that infringes another’s intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyrights, or trademarks 
  • Any inappropriate, profane, pornographic, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content 
  • Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation 
  • Political content or content related to partisan political activities 
  • Content that contains intentional inaccurate information with the intent of misleading others. 

Prohibited Activities 

  • Viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, malware, spyware, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property 
  • Using the Site in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden, or impair any SkoolBazar server, or the network(s) connected to any SkoolBazar server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. 
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any SkoolBazar server through hacking, password mining or any other means. 
  • Obtaining or attempting to obtain any materials or information stored on the Site, its servers, or associated computers through any means not intentionally made available through the Site. 

Use of SkoolBazar Names and Trademarks 

” SkoolBazar” and its logos and seal are trademarks of the Skool BazarYou may not use  SkoolBazar’s names or logos, or any variations thereof, without prior written consent of SkoolBazar. 

Disclaimer of Warranty / Indemnification/Limitation of Liabilities 

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SkoolBazar does not warrant the Site will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of information obtained from or through this Site is at your own risk.IN PARTICULAR, SkoolBazar WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION, ERRORS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION IN AVAILABILITY OF DATA). 

Indemnification 

You agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify SkoolBazar, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third-party claims, actions or demands arising out of, resulting from or in any way related to your use of the Site, including any liability or expense arising from any and all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, SkoolBazar will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action. 

Miscellaneous 

Termination Rights. You agree that SkoolBazar, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Site or your participation in it thereof, for any reason or no reason. 

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SkoolBazar with respect to your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and SkoolBazar regarding your use of the Site. 

Waiver and Severability of TOS. The failure of SkoolBazar to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS of Site shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. 

Choice of Law/Forum Selection. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any content posted to a Site will be governed by the laws of the RAK freezone, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You further consent to the personal jurisdiction of and exclusive venue in the UAE, RAK courts located in and serving UAE as the legal forum for any such dispute.
